Support Programs
These are some of the programs I use to fix customers computers.
If you want to try to fix your own machine be my guest and have a
go.
I can not be held responsible for any damage these programs cause. I
have put them here so you can save a bit of time and money
searching.

Avast anti

Ccleaner
Spybot
search and destroy
Remote Support
For customers that need remote assistance please click here.
Click on save. In the window that opens go to the right hand
column find Desktop and click on it, then click save. Minimise this
window and find the file called support.zip. Double click on the
file. This should open it. Double click on the support.exe file and
the program should start. Double click on "Double click here for
support".
It's a good idea to phone me before you do this last step so I can
be ready at my end.
You must have a good internet connection for this to work. You also
need to be on the machine that you want me to look at.
If I can figure out what is wrong with your system and get it
working again I charge for the help, but not as much as me coming
to see you.
In most cases I have a no fix no fee policy.

Go into Control panel
Click on User Accounts
Click Manage another account
Click on the account you wish to remove
Click on Delete this account
Click on Delete files or Keep files
